Shipping Destinations

Our current shipping destinations include:

Local - Singapore

International - West Malaysia

 

All orders will be shipped out from Singapore.

We will continue to expand international shipping destinations as demand and carriers allow. If you have any enquires or feedback, we would love to hear from you at hello@joiemakers.com

 

For Local Singapore orders

Thank you for your support! We are pleased to offer free local shipping on all orders above $100. For orders below $100, a fee of $3.99 will be charged.

For International orders

We are pleased to offer international shipping to West Malaysia for RM110. Do allow 7-14 days for international shipping. These shipping rates are direct from the shipping courier, and we do not charge any mark-ups. We also do not charge any additional handling fees in order not to add to your shipping cost.

Also note that shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties.

Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. At the checkout page, an estimate of these fees are provided by the shipping vendor. Please view this only as an estimate. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

 

Order Details & Handling

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 - 4 business days, and delivery timeframe will be based on your selected courier method chosen. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before ordering as we will not be able to make any amendments to it once orders have been placed. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect given address. Should your order be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will help to re-post it to you at your expense.

  

Order Tracking

Upon successful checkout of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Joiemakers with your order number and tracking link. Click on “View your order” for shipping and delivery details. Alternatively, if you have created an account at joiemakers.com, you can track your package by logging in.

 

Lost Parcels

In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, kindly contact the carrier directly as the owner of the parcel. To find out which carrier you have chosen at checkout, you may refer back to the confirmation email and click on “View your order” for details. While we would love to help, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
